La legislaci\u00f3n, impulsada por el presidente Emmanuel Macron y con amplio apoyo parlamentario, pasa ahora al Senado antes de convertirse en ley antes del curso escolar 2026-27.<\/p>\n<h3>Lo que propone la ley<\/h3>\n<p>El proyecto de ley, aprobado por una amplia mayor\u00eda en la C\u00e1mara Baja, estipula que se prohibir\u00e1 el acceso a las redes sociales en l\u00ednea a los menores de 15 a\u00f1os. Esta prohibici\u00f3n se aplicar\u00eda a plataformas populares como Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook y otras que ofrecen funciones de redes sociales.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la restricci\u00f3n de edad, la legislaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n incluye disposiciones que extender\u00edan las prohibiciones existentes de tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles a los estudiantes mayores de las escuelas secundarias, bas\u00e1ndose en prohibiciones anteriores ya vigentes para los alumnos m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes.<\/p>\n<p>Los legisladores franceses se han propuesto que la prohibici\u00f3n entre en vigor en septiembre de 2026, alineando el inicio de las restricciones con el inicio del pr\u00f3ximo curso escolar.
