Cette mesure, qui concerne 373 \u00e9coles et plus de 130 000 \u00e9l\u00e8ves, est principalement motiv\u00e9e par l&#039;inqui\u00e9tude suscit\u00e9e par la hausse des incidents de harc\u00e8lement li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#039;utilisation des smartphones dans les \u00e9coles belges.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, avec l\u2019adoption de cette mesure par les r\u00e9gions germanophones de Belgique, le pays s\u2019est align\u00e9 sur les nations europ\u00e9ennes, suivant le m\u00eame chemin pour aider \u00e0 stimuler la concentration et le bien-\u00eatre mental.<\/p>\n<p>Pour aider les \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 mieux apprendre, le ministre germanophone de l&#039;Education, J\u00e9r\u00f4me Franssen, a annonc\u00e9 que l&#039;utilisation des t\u00e9l\u00e9phones portables ne sera plus autoris\u00e9e dans les \u00e9coles. Cela vaut \u00e9galement pour les cours et les r\u00e9cr\u00e9ations.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif est de r\u00e9duire les distractions et de cr\u00e9er un meilleur environnement d\u2019apprentissage tout en encourageant les \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 interagir les uns avec les autres de mani\u00e8re positive.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque \u00e9cole d\u00e9cidera de la mani\u00e8re dont elle mettra en place cette r\u00e8gle, des exceptions possibles et de la mani\u00e8re de g\u00e9rer les probl\u00e8mes qui pourraient survenir.
